Apts look nice (but a bit old and in need of minor repairs). Beds are extremely comfortable. Love the beach & pool area. Great views. The only real drawback to this property is a critical design flaw in the elevator construction... there are only 4 elevators for the entire hotel, and the lines are sometimes 25+ minutes! Keep that in mind, as it may ruin your evening plans or make you miss your flight. Another issue with this hotel is the unusually long wait times for bellhops to bring luggage up to rooms during peak times. Actually, during peak times its almost impossible to get anything from anyone. They are not equipped to deal with the standard workload. But again, the trade-off is a nice property with a great vibe.

Reception staff could be more helpful and welcoming. Pool & beach service is great. Restaurant food and service are great. Apartments are wide and clean. Overall good experience.

Fantastic hotel. The pool was beautiful. Room was perfect and incredibly updated. Service all around the hotel was wonderful.
