    Beautiful building with great facilities. Very well located in the heart of Midtown.

    When I have visited my relatives who recently moved in there, I realized how good this place is. Security was properly doing their jobs! The lobby looked really nice and clean. Outdoors smelled like pet urine but it is expected as there a pet park just across the street! Although this place is really good.

    After living here for 9 years I can say that this is one of the best condos in Edgewater. The place is only getting better. The association and management organizations perform a fantastic job, plus neighbors are very friendly. Very welcoming atmosphere, good for families. Short walk to Margaret Pace Park.

    Most of the staff members are rude and unprofessional. Badly maintained condo. For what we are paying $1,000 a month? Dirty common areas and damaged facilities? My recommendation - stay away from this place.

    Despite this place is very good to live in because of location and good facilities, employees here provide one of the worst customer services. Management crew regularly rotate so each "shift" blames the previous one for all brokes and imperfections, so problems are not solved! Also, its a great challenge to even speak with anyone from management. The security staff knows what theyre doing tho. Very bad customer service.
